Welcome to Intro to Computing.  The first introductory course into the world of Comuter Science.  Students will get a first hand, inquiry-based experience learning about different aspects of Computer Science and how we, as humans, interact with technology and it has shaped the world we live in.  The curriculum is supplied by a partnership with the non-profit Code.org, whose goal is to get computer science offerings in every high school in the country.

Why Computer Science?

It's simple.  Thats where the need for trained professionals will be in the next 5 years.  We are preparing kids now for jobs that may not even exist yet.
